Consultation FAQs

Is the consultation really free? +
Yes — entirely free and with no obligation whatsoever. There is no deposit, no booking fee, no sales pressure and no follow-up calls unless you request them. The consultation is a private conversation between you and a board-certified surgeon.
Will I speak to a surgeon or a patient coordinator? +
You will speak directly with one of our board-certified surgeons — Dr. Hootan Zandifar or Dr. Michael Wisiorek. We do not use patient coordinators as a gateway to the clinical consultation. If you complete this form, a member of our clinical admin team will reach out to schedule the appointment, and the consultation itself is with the surgeon.
What should I bring or prepare for my consultation? +
For an in-clinic visit: come with clean, makeup-free brows so the surgeon can see your natural baseline. Bring any medical records relating to hair loss conditions (e.g. alopecia, thyroid history) if relevant. For a video call: good lighting and a device with a front camera work well. Have any photos you want to reference ready. Write down your questions beforehand so you don't forget anything.
How quickly will I hear back after submitting this form? +
We respond to all consultation requests within 2 business hours during clinic hours (Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm PST; Sat 9 am–3 pm PST). If you submit outside of those hours, we'll be in touch first thing the next business day.
Can I have a video consultation if I'm not near a clinic? +
Absolutely. Video consultations are available to patients anywhere in the United States and internationally. The surgeon will assess your candidacy via video, and you can send close-up photos of your brow area and the donor region behind your ear in advance for a thorough review. Many patients prefer to begin with a video consultation before travelling to a clinic for the procedure.
What if I decide not to proceed after the consultation? +
That is completely fine. Many patients need time to consider. There is no pressure and no follow-up sales process. Some patients return months or years after their initial consultation when the timing is right for them. The consultation information remains on file so your surgeon can pick up where you left off.
